Hearthstone is a warm, polished Mt. Baker cabin made for mountain days and slow evenings by the fire. Tucked into the forest of Glacier Springs and approximately 25 minutes from Mt. Baker Ski Area, it sleeps up to four guests and is especially well suited to two couples or a small family.

One of Hearthstone's best features is its layout. With a private king suite on each level, everyone gets room to settle in without sacrificing time together.

GATHER AROUND THE FIRE

The living room is the heart of Hearthstone, anchored by the dramatic stone fireplace that gives the cabin its name.

After a day of skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, hiking or exploring the North Cascades, settle into the leather seating, warm up beside the fire and enjoy an easy evening surrounded by the forest.

Large windows and natural wood details keep the space connected to its mountain setting, while the open layout makes it comfortable for everyone to spend time together.

COOK, DINE & SETTLE IN

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, cookware and plenty of preparation space.

Start the morning over coffee before heading to Mt. Baker, come home for an easy après ski dinner, or linger around the dining table with nowhere else you need to be.

TWO PRIVATE KING SUITES

Hearthstone offers an unusually comfortable sleeping arrangement for a two bedroom cabin.

Main Floor
• King bedroom with private full bathroom
• Additional full bathroom
• Living room and stone fireplace
• Kitchen and dining area
• Covered front porch and outdoor deck

Upper Floor
• Private king bedroom
• Private full bathroom
• Quiet separation from the main living area

With a king suite on each level and three full bathrooms overall, Hearthstone works particularly well for two couples traveling together.

YOUR PRIVATE FOREST HOT TUB

Outside, the private hot tub is tucked beneath the trees and becomes especially inviting after a day in the mountains.

Soak beneath the forest canopy after skiing at Mt. Baker, relax on the covered porch, or fire up the BBQ on the deck for a quiet evening at the cabin.

Hearthstone also includes WiFi, a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, an EV charger and laundry, giving you the comforts that make a longer mountain stay feel easy.

Whether your plans involve first chair at Mt. Baker, exploring nearby trails or simply disappearing into the forest for a few days, Hearthstone offers the right balance of shared space, privacy and classic mountain atmosphere.

Hearthstone is located in a mountain and rainforest environment, so weather can change quickly and local wildlife is part of the experience.

During winter conditions, snow and ice are possible and AWD or 4WD is strongly recommended.

Grocery and dining options in Glacier are limited, particularly during quieter seasons. For larger grocery runs, we recommend stocking up in Bellingham before heading toward the mountain.

Hearthstone is part of a peaceful residential community, so we ask guests to enjoy the property with consideration for neighboring homes. The cabin is best suited to relaxed mountain stays rather than parties or events.

One dog is welcome.
