Welcome to Lake Oasis, a beautifully appointed 4 bedroom, 3 bath waterfront retreat in Gilbert's desirable Val Vista Lakes community. With a private combination pool/spa, outdoor kitchen, exceptional chef's kitchen and plenty of room to gather, this is Arizona vacation living at its best.

Whether you're escaping the winter chill, visiting for spring training, planning a golf getaway or reconnecting with family and friends, Lake Oasis offers something special: a chance to slow down, settle in and enjoy the water.

LAKEFRONT LIVING AT ITS BEST

The backyard is the heart of the Lake Oasis experience.

Step outside to beautiful lake views, a private dock and kayaks ready for exploring the water. Spend the afternoon soaking up the Arizona sunshine, enjoying lunch on the patio or relaxing beside the lake.

The outdoor kitchen and grill make dinner feel like part of the vacation. Gather around for a leisurely meal, enjoy the evening air and watch the changing colors reflect across the water.

And for the ultimate way to unwind, enjoy the home's private combination pool and spa, also known as a spool.

This unique feature brings two experiences into one body of water:

• Pool mode: Heated up to 85°F for comfortable swimming and lounging
• Spa mode: Heated up to 104°F for a relaxing hot soak

The spool functions as either a heated pool or a spa, rather than two separate bodies of water. Optional heating is available for an additional nightly fee and must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival.

A CHEF'S KITCHEN WORTH STAYING IN FOR

Forget the ordinary vacation rental kitchen.

Lake Oasis features an impressive gourmet kitchen with an eight-burner Wolf range, Sub Zero refrigerator, two dishwashers, granite countertops and a generous island made for gathering.

Start the morning with coffee and breakfast around the island, prepare a family favorite or enjoy cooking a special dinner together.

Whether you're making a full meal or setting out appetizers before a sunset by the lake, this kitchen makes entertaining effortless.

ROOM TO RELAX, PLAY & RECONNECT

One of the best parts of a great vacation home is having plenty to do without ever needing to leave.

Challenge your favorite rival to a game of billiards, revisit an arcade classic on the tabletop Pac Man game, or settle into the dedicated media room for a movie night with surround sound.

The home's spacious gathering areas make it easy for everyone to spend time together while still having room to relax at their own pace.

After a day exploring Gilbert, golfing or soaking up the sunshine, coming home is part of the experience.
