Parkside Retreat Walk to St Simons Village and Pier

Parkside Retreat pairs nearly 3,000 sq ft of single level living with one of St. Simons Island’s easiest Village locations. Walk to the pier, lighthouse, shops and restaurants, with Mallery Park just beyond the backyard. Enjoy 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 living rooms, a large kitchen, wood-burning fireplace and shaded deck. Pet friendly and ideal for families, couples or longer island stays.

Walk to the Village. Wander to the pier. Come home to room to breathe.

Parkside Retreat gives you the rare combination of a highly walkable St. Simons location and nearly 3,000 square feet of relaxed, single level living. Mallery Park is just beyond the backyard, while the Village, lighthouse, waterfront, shops and restaurants are all close enough to enjoy without planning your day around the car.

Inside, the home is made for real vacations. Two separate living areas give everyone space to spread out, while the large updated kitchen and generous island create an easy gathering place for coffee, breakfast, cocktails and family dinners. A double sided wood burning fireplace connects the living spaces and adds an extra layer of comfort on cooler coastal evenings.

French doors open to a shaded back deck beneath the trees. Start the morning outside with coffee, settle in with a book, or step toward Mallery Park for pickleball, tennis, the playground and nearby dog park.

It feels peaceful and residential, yet the best of the Village is right down the road.

This is St. Simons the easy way: space when you want it, the Village when you want it and a park just outside the back door.

A small private owner apartment adjoins one side of the residence and may occasionally be occupied during a stay. It has its own separate entrance and no shared indoor living spaces or amenities.

Guests have private use of the approximately 3,000 square foot three bedroom main residence, including both living areas, the kitchen, laundry, deck and designated guest spaces.

The owners respect guest privacy and maintain a completely separate living environment when they are present.

Pets are welcome with the applicable pet fee.

Nearby beach access is tide dependent, which is common along this portion of St. Simons Island.
